- Open to all high school graduate; however, members will be considered first.
- The scholarship is for a four (4) year college only. If a student elects to go to a Junior College first, the money would be placed "In Escrow" until the student transfers to the four (4) year college of choice. The Scholarship will be forfeited if not used within (36) months.
- There will be up to $4,000.00 that will be distributed by the Scurry, Stonewall, Kent County Farm Bureau Board in the form of one or more scholarships. The total amount of each scholarship will be split in half for two semesters.
- Students are required to complete a minimum of twelve (12) college semester hours per semester.

- Current year graduate of Snyder, Hermleigh, or Ira High School
- Grade point average of 3.0 or higher and a minimum ACT score of 18 or SAT score of 800
- Completed application and evaluation form
- Interview with scholarship committee if requested
